Bathrooms: 

• Dust (includes blinds, reachable ceiling fans, and window sills)

• Wipe clean countertops, basins, faucets, mirrors, tub/shower

• Clean and sanitize the inside of and outside of toilet

• Vacuum or mop the floor

• Remove trash and replace with new trash bag/liner

Bedrooms:

• Dust (includes blinds, reachable ceiling fans, and window sills)

• Make up beds (existing linen; additional fee if you want us to change the linen)

• Wipe clean furniture surfaces and mirrors

• Vacuum or mop floor

• Remove trash and replace with new trash bag/liner

Dining Room:

• Dust (includes blinds, reachable ceiling fans, and window sills)

• Wipe clean table, chairs, and surface of other furniture

• Vacuum or mop floor

• Remove trash and replace with new trash bag/liner

Kitchen: 

​

• Dust (includes blinds, reachable ceiling fans, and window sills)

• Wipe clean all countertops

• Wipe clean the kitchen table and chairs

• Wipe clean front of appliances

• Wipe clean the stovetop

• Vacuum or mop floor

• Customer is responsible for providing a clear and animal-free environment for us to perform the work

• We will not lift heavy items, move furniture, or move items off floor 

• We will only clean/dust exposed surfaces

• We will not clean areas that we determine to be biohazardous, are infested with insects or rodents, or are unsafe

• Appointment required (at least 48 hours in advance)
